Noaman Qureshi

Noaman Qureshi is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Wiser Solutions, Inc. since November 2024, Noaman previously held the position of Software Development Manager III at Amazon from August 2020 to October 2024, overseeing a product development team responsible for five software solutions impacting 34 product teams. Prior to Amazon, Noaman spent over a decade at Ciena in various senior managerial roles, where expertise in leading globally distributed teams in software engineering and project management was demonstrated. Noaman's career began at Nortel, where significant contributions to network management applications and team leadership were made. Noaman holds an M.B.A. from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from McMaster University.
