Victoria K. has extensive work experience in customer support and teaching. Victoria started their career as a Customer Care Agent at Gameloft in 2015 and worked there until April 2020. Victoria then joined WiserBrand in August 2020 as a Customer Support Representative and later became a Senior Customer Support Agent/Supervisor in October 2021. Prior to these roles, they worked as an English & German Tutor through self-employment since January 2008. Victoria also has experience as an English Teacher at the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" from September 2009 to January 2020.

Victoria K. has a diverse educational background. In 2004, they started their Bachelor's degree at ХНПУ, majoring in English language and literature, as well as German language and literature. Victoria completed their Bachelor's degree in these fields in 2009, earning a Master's degree.

In 2015, Victoria attended the British Council Ukraine and pursued a course in "Teaching ESP" (English for Specific Purposes).

Victoria then attended Hillel IT School in 2019, where they focused on QA Manual.
