Dawn Collison, MSN, RN-BC, CPHIMS

Dawn Collison, MSN, RN-BC, CPHIMS has over 33 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Dawn began their career in 1988 as a Registered Nurse at Scottsdale Healthcare. In 2003, they joined Statewide Nursing Services as a Registered Nurse. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Registered Nurse at John C. Lincoln Health Network and Pinnacle Cardiology PC. In 2007, they became a Registered Nurse Consultant at P5 Medical, LLC. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a System Specialist II (Clinical) and Clinical Project Manager, Registered Nurse at Scottsdale Healthcare and Zynx Health, respectively. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Clinical Informatics Consultant at Elsevier Clinical Solutions. Since 2021, they have been working as a Customer Success Account Strategist/Lead at WiserCare, Inc. where they created and implemented a company-wide customer success methodology and was responsible for establishing strong customer stakeholder relationships. Dawn also developed and maintained company-wide, customer-facing, standardized and customized performance dashboards.

Dawn Collison, MSN, RN-BC, CPHIMS has a long and varied history of education and certifications. Dawn obtained their Nursing Diploma from the Milwaukee County Medical Complex School of Nursing in 1987. In 2013, they completed their Master of Science in Nursing (Clinical) Informatics from Walden University. Additionally, they hold a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification from the AAPC obtained in June 2019, as well as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) and Certified Professional in Heath Information Technology (CPHIT) from HIMSS, and an RN-BC Nursing Informatics certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
