Kayla Dusenberry is an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer currently employed at Wisetail since April 2019, where Kayla established the Technical Support team and has been instrumental in hiring and training new members. Previously, Kayla worked at Oracle from November 2016 to March 2019, providing expert technical advice and resolving complex customer inquiries across various platforms. Kayla's career began at LexisNexis, where Kayla held multiple roles, including Technical Support Specialist II and Technical Support Analyst I, demonstrating a strong focus on client-driven support and issue resolution. Additionally, Kayla served as an Implementation Specialist I, ensuring successful product upgrades and issue analysis. Kayla's early experience as a Computer Technician at Belgrade Public Schools laid a solid foundation for a career in technology.
