Shannon Miner has worked in the publishing industry since 2006. Shannon began their career at Words & Numbers, where they served as Executive Editor, Editor, and Editorial Assistant. In 2016, they moved to Wisewire Ed where they held roles as Director of Online Publishers and Success Manager.

Shannon Miner earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Towson University and a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Phoenix.
