Lauren Hemphill

Lauren comes to Wish For Wheels with 15 years of experience in sales and leadership. She has a passion for helping people, especially kids. Lauren is currently working with Vari to help them build awareness of their project capabilities in the Colorado and Utah markets. She also loves developing leaders and sales teams which led her to starting her own company, Lasting Leadership, in 2020. As an executive coach, she works with founders and sales leaders to develop and implement great strategies that will lead to the sales needed to take their business to the next level. She also specializes in empowering leaders to have the greatest influence while establishing the mindset that will keep them sane while scaling.
