Bianca Spivak, MSc-IOP, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent position is as the Human Resources Lead at Wishi since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant, and as the Head of Human Resources at MACH9 Digital. Their previous roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at K Health, Human Resources Manager at Yousician, Senior Administrator at Jump Trading LLC, Human Resources Administrator at Shareablee, Inc, and Office Manager at Innovid.

Bianca Spivak holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology-Cognitive Science from Rutgers University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. In 2019 to 2021, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Touro University.
