Rob Polinder

Rob Polinder has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Rob is currently working at Wensink Automotive as the Head of Marketing since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Marketing & Recruitment at AB Vakwerk from November 2020 to December 2022, where they were responsible for various departments such as Marketing, Recruitment, and AB Online. Rob also served as the Manager of Marketing & Communication at AB Vakwerk from May 2015 to November 2020, overseeing Marketing, Facilitair beheer, technische dienst, and the commerciële binnendienst. Additionally, they were a Project and Process Coordinator and a Marketing and Communication Advisor at AB Vakwerk.

Before joining AB Vakwerk, Rob Polinder worked as a Business Advisor at Depol Geveltechniek/ Dépol IJsselmuiden from August 2010 to December 2012. Prior to that, they served as a Program Manager ANWB at Club Assist from June 2008 to August 2010, where they were involved in providing automotive replacement services to Automotive Club members.

Furthermore, they have experience working at Kwik-Fit as a Team Manager SalesSupport from October 2006 to May 2008 and as a Marketing Information Manager from February 2004 to October 2006. In both roles, they were responsible for providing automotive parts repair and replacement services in Europe.

Rob Polinder's professional journey also includes an internship at Xcellent Automatisering B.V. in 2002.

Rob Polinder completed their education at various universities and institutions. In 2000, they attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a degree in Commerciele Economie (International Management), which they completed in 2004. Later on, they enrolled at Nyenrode Business University in 2015, taking courses on Nieuwe Businessmodellen en Innovatie and Management voor mensen. In 2017, they joined Nyenrode Business University once again, this time studying Executive MBA modulair. Continuing their educational journey, they attended de Baak in 2019 for a program on Big data & business AI. In 2021, Polinder participated in the Young Executives Program at de Baak to further enhance their knowledge.
