Emilien Marchand has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Emilien is currently the Director of Ecosystem Partnerships at Wisk, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Aera Aircraft, Inc. as part of their Strategy & Planning team from 2020 to 2021. In 2020, they also served as an Expedition Lead at Explorers' Lab. From 2016 to 2020, Emilien worked at Acubed, where they held various roles including Head of US Public Policy - Urban Air Mobility (UAM) Division and Strategic Engagement Manager - Partnerships. Emilien holds a Master's degree and presented their thesis on mission design at the 2013 IEEE Aerospace Conference.
Emilien Marchand holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Space Systems Engineering from Delft University of Technology, obtained from 2010 to 2012. Emilien also has a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO, completed from 2008 to 2012. Prior to these degrees, Emilien attended Descartes classes preparatoires, although the specific start and end years are not provided. Additionally, Emilien has obtained a certification in Introduction to Corporate Finance from Coursera in 2017.
