Jordan Mathews is a Senior Thermal Analyst at Wisk, responsible for developing the coolant distribution system onboard an EVTOL aircraft and designing thermal runaway mitigation systems for high-performance batteries. Prior to this role, they worked as an RCS Lead Engineer at Sierra Space and a Propulsion Engineer at ispace, inc., United Launch Alliance, and Lockheed Martin. Jordan also has experience working with NASA in various roles, including as a Reentry Systems Engineer and Orion Test Engineer. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University.
