Ray Shankle

Ray Shankle has extensive experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as Logistics Manager at Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. since September 2021. Prior to this role, Ray held various positions at Restaurant Technologies, starting as Service Manager from January 2004 to June 2016, progressing to Operations Manager from June 2016 to April 2019, and finally serving as General Manager from April 2019 to April 2020. During tenure at Restaurant Technologies, Ray relocated to Memphis to enhance staff training and expand the client base.
