Alo Arro

Alo Arro has a diverse work experience. Alo co-founded and served as CEO of Wisnio, a talent analytics platform that helps team leaders make data-driven hiring decisions. Alo also worked at Magnum AS as a Business Development Project Manager, where they led various development projects and built a business intelligence team. At Bacterfield, they were an Operations Manager responsible for managing the supply chain and maintaining a high customer service level. Alo also worked at Stoneridge Electronics as a Supply Chain Planner, where they implemented supply chain planning initiatives and managed a supplier pool. Additionally, they worked at IPO Automation as a Mechanical Designer.

Alo Arro completed a Bachelor of Science (cum laude) degree in Mechanical Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology from 2003 to 2006. Alo then pursued a Master of Science (cum laude) degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution from 2006 to 2009. In 2007, Alo Arro also attended Eindhoven University of Technology, where they studied Operations Research for a year.
