Joseph Hacker

Joseph Hacker is a Project Associate at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. since December 2019. Prior to this role, Joseph served as a Structural Engineer at SmithGroup from June 2017 to December 2019 and completed an internship as a Structural Engineering Intern at SmithGroupJJR in the summer of 2016. Joseph holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University, where studies were conducted from 2012 to 2017.
