Kim Krasnow

Kimberly Krasnow is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in human capital management and recruitment. Since September 2013, Kimberly has served as the Director of Human Capital at Wissahickon Charter School, where responsibilities include streamlining HR processes and managing relationships with business partners. Prior to this role, Kimberly was the Talent Manager at Wissahickon, successfully recruiting and hiring instructional staff for the school's second campus. Kimberly's experience also includes serving as the Talent and Training Manager at The SEED Foundation, where recruitment processes for leadership roles were managed, as well as time as the Recruitment Manager at Mastery Charter Schools. Earlier in Kimberly's career, roles at Civic House and the SEED Foundation involved outreach, partnership generation, and program design. Kimberly holds a Master’s in International Educational Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s in French and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
