Kristy Shuda McGuire

Kristy Shuda McGuire, MS, PhD currently holds the position of Dean of Biomedical Studies at The Wistar Institute, overseeing various education programs. With experience as an Associate Dean at Thomas Jefferson University and Assistant Dean at Rowan University, Kristy has a strong background in academia. Kristy has also been involved in various organizations such as the Delaware Valley Science Council and the Association for Women in Science- Philadelphia chapter. With a Ph.D. in Genetics from Thomas Jefferson University, along with other degrees in Science of Instruction and Biology, Kristy has a solid educational foundation to support their roles in teaching and mentoring.
