Caroline Friedland has worked as a Customer Support Specialist and Customer Champion at Wistia since May 2018. Prior to that, Caroline was a Customer Associate at Anthropologie in June 2016. Caroline has provided top-notch customer service in various roles and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Smith College. Caroline is currently continuing their education at General Assembly and Harvard Extension School.
