Jean Vozella is a skilled professional with a solid background in customer support and media production. Starting as a Video Production Intern at GW Planet Forward and later at the Washington Nationals, Jean transitioned to an Assistant Project Manager role at Henninger Media Services. After a position in Visitor Services at Tower Hill Botanic Garden, Jean currently serves as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Wistia, where responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and onboarding new users. Jean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Film & Media Arts and a minor in Entrepreneurship from American University, complemented by an experience at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.
