Vivienne Chang

Vivienne Chang is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development, as well as HR management across various regions. Currently serving as Director of the HR Division at Wistron Neweb Corporation since April 2021, Vivienne previously held the position of Sr Global Learning and Development Manager at Lumileds from February 2017 to May 2020, overseeing program management for the global team. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of Team Member Services for Japan, Australia, and South Asia at Dell, and various HR and training positions at MetLife, Ericsson, and Pospo Taiwan, where Vivienne started as a training coordinator and progressed to an account manager. Vivienne holds an MA in Training and HRD from the University of Warwick.
