Alfaizah Johan

Alfaizah Johan is an experienced Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Process Engineer at Wistron since January 2020, specializing in defect analysis, process yield improvement, and quality control of SMT processes. Responsibilities include performing root cause analyses, leading initiatives to enhance quality and production efficiency, and collaborating with Supplier Quality Management. Previously, Alfaizah served as an Internship Trainee at Finisar Corporation, monitoring production processes, and worked as a Technician at Yamaha Electronics Manufacturing, where valuable skills in SMT and PCBA manufacturing were developed. Early career experience includes a technical trainee position at Dynisco-Viatran Instrument. Alfaizah holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering Technology from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka and a High School Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Politeknik Ungku Omar.
