Javier Ibarra Villa is a skilled Construction Technical Manager with a robust background in maintenance management and engineering. Currently at Wistron since October 2019, Javier has previously held significant roles at TE Connectivity, Luvata, Conductores Tecnológicos de Juárez, Werner Co., JLL, and Ansell, demonstrating expertise in leading maintenance departments and implementing advanced maintenance systems such as TPM and RCM. With a record of managing large teams and driving productivity, safety, and cost reduction initiatives, Javier has played a crucial role in achieving certifications such as ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001-2000.
