María Cecilia Freccero

María Cecilia Freccero has a diverse range of work experience. María Cecilia is the Co-Founder & CEO of WitAdvisor, a company that specializes in customer and employee experience management using artificial intelligence. María also co-founded Eclipse Experience, a consulting firm focused on marketing, customer experience, and sales. María Cecilia has been a mentor at MET Community and has served as the Director of SerFelices.org, a non-profit portal for psychology and alternative therapies. María has also taught marketing at CESYT and Universidad del Salvador, and held managerial roles in marketing and communication at Grupo Haras del Sur. María Cecilia began their career at Almundo.com in the franchise department.

María Cecilia Freccero has a diverse education history. In 1992, they completed their Bachiller Mercantil degree at Colegio Juan XXIII in San Isidro. Following that, they obtained a Licenciatura in Tourism and Hotel Management from Universidad del Salvador from 1994 to 2000. In 2003, they pursued a Postgrado in Marketing Management at Instituto de Directivos de Empresa (IDE-CESEM). In 2015, they earned a Personal and Business Coaching certification from ICG International. In 2018, they attended ICEMD to study Customer Experience Management, and in 2019, they completed a program in Women in STEM Entrepreneurship with a focus on Mentoring at IAE Business School.
