Celina Agostinho

Celina Agostinho has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving in the People Development role at WIT-Software since April 2013, Celina focuses on software development recruitment, talent motivation and retention, as well as managing internal and external training programs. Prior to this, Celina worked as a Recruitment & Selection Consultant at Synergie from July 2010 to March 2013, where responsibilities included designing recruitment processes, conducting job studies, psychological testing, and client report presentations. Celina's career began as a Human Resources Trainee at Heliflex in early 2010, following a strong academic background that includes a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Coimbra, complemented by outstanding research on Social Responsibility.
