Filipe G. Santos

Filipe G. Santos has extensive experience in software support and quality assurance, currently serving as a Senior Support Engineer at WIT Software since October 2012, where responsibilities include RCS server and applications support, ticket management, customer interaction, and log analysis. Previous roles at WIT Software include Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and Software Quality Engineer, focusing on mobile and web application testing and developing test documentation. Prior to WIT Software, Filipe worked as a Software Tester at Cision and as a secondary education instructor in computer science at the Ministério da Educação. Filipe holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra.
