Kelz Bethel

Kelz Bethel has worked in various roles across a number of companies since 2006. Kelz'smost recent experience includes being a Co-Founder & CEO at Recess Labs since 2020, a YLAI Fellow at YLAI / Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative since 2020, a Start-up Consultant & COO at Pink Coconuts since 2019, and a Researcher at Human Development Foundation since 2012. Prior to this, they held roles at B's Ice Cream from 2006 to 2012, including Director Of Business Development, Business Development Manager, Human Resource Specialist, and Director's Intern. Kelz was also a Co-Founder at shopawaytt.com from 2007 to 2012 and an Administrative Assistant (IMPACS- Implementation Agency for Crime and Security) at CARICOM Secretariat from 2007 to 2012.

Kelz Bethel earned a Master's Degree in Psychology from The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus between 2006 and 2009.
