Fraser Hastie has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Fraser began their career at Foxtons as a Rare Lettings Negotiator, where they quickly earned two promotions and consistently met sales targets. Fraser then moved on to Actavo, where they held various roles including Commercial Assistant, Commercial Lead, and Business Development Executive. During their time at Actavo, they were responsible for valuing works, ensuring contractual rights, and reporting on productivity. Fraser then transitioned to BiP Solutions Ltd as a Bid Team/Commercial Manager, where they managed bid compilation, pricing models, and contract negotiation. Fraser later joined MacRoberts LLP as a Bid Manager before taking on multiple roles at Barnardo's. At Barnardo's, Fraser served as a Business Development Manager, Procurement and Commercial Manager, and Senior Manager for Commercials and Procurement. In these positions, they focused on developing new business, enhancing procurement strategies, and managing supplier relationships. Most recently, Fraser is the Director of Contract Delivery at With You.
Fraser Hastie attended Ramsey Abbey College from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons degree in Business Studies at the University of Stirling from 2005 to 2009.
