Emily Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Emily started their career as an Administrative Law Judge at the Indiana Department of Labor from 1993 to 1995. From there, they moved on to become the Associate General Counsel and Personnel Manager at Valence Technology, where they managed intellectual property programs and HR responsibilities from 1995 to 1998.
In 2000, Emily joined Community Health Network, where they progressed from being a Human Resource Specialist to a Human Resource Manager and eventually became the Director of Human Resources. At Community Health Network, they provided leadership in HR strategy, managed personnel development initiatives, and served as a corporate compliance liaison.
Currently, Emily is working at Witham Health Services, where they initially held the role of Director of Human Resources from 2017 to 2019. Emily is currently serving as the Vice President of Support Services, overseeing multiple departments including HR, Risk Management, Corporate Compliance, Security, Environmental Services, and Plant Operations.
