Rena Zenarosa

Rena Zenarosa's work experience includes serving as the ED Medical Director and EMS Medical Director at Witham Health Services from August 2008 to July 2020. They also worked as an ED physician at Boone County Emergency Physicians starting in August 2008. In July 2020, Rena joined JMH as part of the Johnson Memorial Hospital EM admin team. Additionally, they held the position of Assistant Medical Director at Major Hospital/Major Health Partners from October 2014 onwards.

Rena Zenarosa completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cell Biology and Anatomy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1996. Rena then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Molecular Biology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, which they completed in 1999. In 2005, Rena attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where they completed an EM Residency program. In 2005, they earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, specializing in Medicine.
