Josh Alvord

Josh Alvord is an experienced leader in customer success and onboarding, currently serving as Vice President at Cherry since March 2023. Previous roles include Vice President of Customer Success: Onboarding & Operations at Tebra, Sr. Director of Customer Success at Podium, and Director of Success and Operations at Narvar, where Josh focused on developing go-to-market strategies and optimizing customer retention. As Vice President of Customer Success at Canopy, Josh successfully scaled service delivery teams and managed overall company revenue growth. With a strong foundation in client services from prior positions at Qualtrics, Medallia, Goldman Sachs, and Smith Barney, Josh brings valuable expertise in strategic guidance and client relationship management. Josh holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Carnegie Mellon University and a Finance degree from the University of Utah.
