Dalila Fernandes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Dalila most recently served as the Head of Customer Success at Clutch, where they empowered Credit Unions to become FinTech lending organizations. Prior to this, they worked at Udacity as the Director of Customer Success, Enterprise and as a Sr. Manager and Customer Success Manager in the same company.

Prior to their enrollment at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, they had earned credits in Industrial Engineering at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 2008.
