Lincy Suen

Lincy Suen, Psy.D, currently serves as the Head of People at Clutch, a role assumed in January 2024, while also acting as an Advisor for Mind Share Partners since June 2017, advocating for mental health awareness in the workplace. Previously, Lincy held the position of Head of People at Loom from April 2021 to August 2023, where strategic HR initiatives were developed to grow the HR function. Prior experience includes serving as a People Partner at Slack and holding various HR positions at NerdWallet, contributing to significant employee growth and the establishment of HR programs. Lincy's early career involved clinical roles at the San Francisco Forensic Institute and other institutions focused on psychological evaluation and therapy. Educational credentials include a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, an MS in Counseling Psychology from San Francisco State University, and a BA in Psychology from UCLA.
