Philip Torsiello

Philip Torsiello is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and organizational improvement. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Witherite Law Group since March 2025, Philip has previously held key positions including Chief of Staff to the CEO at Likewize and Vice President, Chief of Staff to the CEO at Solera, Inc. Philip's career encompasses a strong focus on sales optimization and process improvement, having developed methodologies for performance tracking and implemented continuous improvement strategies at Hertz. Philip holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a BA in Economics from Rollins College.
