Brett Rouse

Brett Rouse is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in managing development portfolios and implementing training initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Withersworldwide since April 2016, Brett oversees learning interventions, coaching, vendor management, and budget responsibilities. Prior tenure includes establishing a learning function at Standard Bank Group, enhancing leadership effectiveness at EBRD, and designing management development programs at Legal & General. With a background in training management at National Car Rental, Brett also contributed to significant business improvements across Europe. Educational qualifications include CIPD qualifications and a Level 7 Executive Coaching Diploma from the Institute of Learning Management.
