Jaya Louvre

Jaya Louvre has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and diversity roles. Jaya began their career in 2007 as a Recruitment Manager at Capital Consulting. In this role, they managed recruitment processes within the company. Later that year, they joined Withersworldwide as a Recruitment Manager and gradually took on additional responsibilities. Jaya became the Head of Talent Acquisition and Diversity (EU/Asia) in 2018, overseeing recruitment efforts in those regions. Recently, they have been serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Diversity, leading recruitment initiatives and managing diversity and equality programs for the firm.

Jaya Louvre studied at The University of Manchester, majoring in Bachelors French and Spanish. The duration of their education and any previous educational background remains unknown.
