Suzanne Todd has extensive work experience in the legal field. Suzanne started their career as a trainee solicitor at Withers LLP in 1997 and later became an Assistant Solicitor until 2007. In 2007, they joined Withersworldwide as a Partner in the Family Team, where they specialize in representing internationally mobile professionals, individuals from the entertainment and motorsport industries, and their partners. Suzanne has also served as the European Co-Head of Dispute Resolution at Withersworldwide since 2017. Suzanne has held various additional roles within the company, including Chair of the Women's Networking Group, Head of the Italian Special Interest Group, and Training Partner from 2010 to 2016. Throughout their career, Suzanne has worked on notable cases, including S v P [2008], where they created a court procedure for individuals who reach agreement through the collaborative process.

Suzanne Todd's education history includes studying at various institutions. Suzanne attended Victoria College in Belfast from 1984 to 1991, where they earned A levels in Geography, Spanish, and French. From 1991 to 1995, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Leicester, specializing in European Community law. In 1993 to 1994, Suzanne participated in an ERASMUS program at the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, studying Constitutional Law and Comparative Private Law. Later, in 1995 and 1996, they attended Nottingham Law School to complete the Legal Practice Course, focusing on Law.
