Wayne Neely

Wayne Neely is an experienced professional in portfolio and change management, currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Management at Withers since April 2020. Previously, Wayne held various leadership roles at Irwin Mitchell, including Head of Change Delivery and Head of PM Practice and Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT change initiatives and enhancing delivery teams' capabilities. Additional experience includes roles at Royal Mail, UFI, Bull Information Systems, and the Department for Work and Pensions, focusing on project and business transformation management. Wayne holds an education from Brighton MET, completed between 1989 and 1991.
