Ava Umanos has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and operations management. In 2008, they worked as a Business Office Manager at Brookdale Senior Living. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Human Resources professional at Pololu Corporation. In 2015, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Fine Entertainment Management. From 2016 to 2020, they held the role of Human Resources Manager at Carpets N More. In 2020, they became the Business Operations Director at RYERSON CONCRETE, LLC. Ava then joined WithHealth in 2021 as a People Operations Manager and later transitioned to RG Alliance Group LLC as a People Intelligence Agent.
