James McGowan

James McGowan is the current VP of People Operations & Culture at WithHealth. James has over twenty years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on strategic accounts and international sales. Prior to joining WithHealth, James was the VP of Global Sales and Marketing at Cyberlock for four years. James also served as the Director of Sales at Lightpointe for two years, and the Director of Corporate Development for two years prior to that. James has also held positions at Equal Parts, Bridgewave Communications, and Intersection-Inc.

James McGowan has a bachelors from St. Edward's University and a masters from Alliant International University. James also has certification from SHRM in SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and from Miller Heiman Group in Sales Certified.

James McGowan reports to Cindy Salas, Founder & CEO. They work with Dustin Humphreys - Chief Operations & Technology Officer, Adam Ort - VP of Business Development, and Cindy Judd - Chief Marketing & Communications Officer.
