Belén Álvarez Río

Belén Álvarez Río started their work experience in 2007 at 3M, where they held various roles including Marketing Assistant, Field Sales Representative, Key Account Manager, and Scientific Affairs at the Medical Solutions Division. In 2018, they became a Business Development professional at the Medical Solutions Division. In 2021, they joined Within3 as the EMEA Senior Director Client Strategy Lead, where they are responsible for utilizing the platform to help life science companies engage with the right people and make informed strategic decisions.

Belén Álvarez Río earned a Grado in Psychology from Universidad Europea from 2023 to 2026. Prior to that, they obtained a MiM in Management from Anglia Ruskin University from 2005 to 2007. Belén also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, which they completed from 1999 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Belén has obtained several certifications, including High Impact Communication, Presentation & Facilitation Skills from Pinnacle Performance Company in 2021, Fast track to Digital Marketing from Econsultancy in 2020, Programa de Desarrollo de competencias Digitales from ESIC Business & Marketing School in 2017, Key Account Management Level C from 3M in 2016, and Executive Coach ICF ACTP (229h) from Escuela Europea de Coaching in 2016.
