Grace Powers-Wachtman

Grace Powers-Wachtman is a seasoned client success professional with extensive experience in project management and customer engagement. Currently serving as the Client Success Operations Manager at Within3 since September 2021, Grace facilitates communication for life sciences companies using a virtual engagement platform. Prior to this role, Grace held several positions at Citrix, including Sr. Project Manager in Customer Success, where strategies and efficient processes were implemented to enhance team performance, and Project Coordinator, ensuring successful technology implementations for strategic clients.
