Vanessa Schildknecht

Vanessa Schildknecht, MSc has a diverse range of work experience. Vanessa currently works at Within3 as the Senior Director, Client Strategy Lead (Global), where they manage client relationships and strategy for some of the company's largest accounts globally. Vanessa is responsible for expanding customer relationships and contract utilization, as well as identifying opportunities for increased adoption of Within3 products. Prior to this role, Vanessa worked at Within3 as the Senior Director, Client Strategy/Deliverables Team Lead (US/LATAM), where they had similar responsibilities. Vanessa also led a global team of client success directors as the Senior Director, Client Deliverables Team Lead (US East/Latam). Vanessa previously founded and served as CEO of La Vie en Douce, a company they led for six years. Vanessa also worked as a Relocation Consultant at Anchor Relocation Worldwide, providing relocation and moving services for executives and their families. Vanessa has experience in the healthcare industry as well, working as a Technical Application Specialist at Roche Diagnostics and a Sr. Field Application Specialist at Life Technologies (currently Thermo Fisher). Vanessa has also worked in business development roles at Becton Dickinson. Additionally, they have experience in regulatory affairs and customer complaint analysis. Vanessa began their career as a Clinical and Administrative Supervisor at Biolab- Laboratório de Análises Clínicas. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in client relationship management, strategy development, team leadership, and market development.

Vanessa Schildknecht, MsC, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes in 2002. Vanessa pursued further education, completing a post-graduation program in Clinical Laboratory and Microbiology at Hospital do Servidor Público Estadual - SP from 2003 to 2004. In 2005 to 2007, they pursued another post-graduation program in Hematology at IPPESP. Continuing their education, they completed an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they completed a Green Belt 6 Sigma course at Becton Dickinson in 2006.
