Bassiriou Talla

Bassiriou Talla has extensive work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and recruitment. Bassiriou worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Withings, where they contributed to the development of the largest ecosystem of connected health devices. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People at Mindsay and the Talent Acquisition Manager at Concord. Bassiriou also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Nokia, where they played a role in the acquisition of Withings. In addition, they worked as a Recruiter at Withings itself, where they were involved in inventing smart health products and services. Before that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Progressive Recruitment and as a Recruitment Officer at Page Personnel. Bassiriou began their career as a Communication Assistant at L'Etudiant and as a Human Resources Assistant at McKesson.

Bassiriou Talla completed a Master's degree in Human Resources from KEDGE Business School from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, they also obtained a Master's degree in Strategy & Organizational Behavior from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. Prior to that, they completed a DUT degree in Accounting & Business Administration from Université Paris 13 from 2004 to 2006. Bassiriou Talla's education journey began with a Baccalauréat degree in Economique et Social (Option Mathématiques) from Institution Sainte Marie d'Antony, which they completed from 1998 to 2004.
