Lark Kesterke

Lark Kesterke is the current Senior Manager of Systems at WithinReach. Prior to this, they served as Interim President & CEO at United Way of Snohomish County for 9 months during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lark has also worked as Early Childhood Coordinator at NW ESD189 and IT Event Manager at Sun Microsystems.

Lark is a highly skilled and experienced leader with a proven track record in operational and fiscal management. Lark is known for their ability to develop cross-functional working relationships and performing well under pressure. During their time as Interim President & CEO at United Way of Snohomish County, they provided strategic and collaborative leadership focused on implementing and innovating within the organization's strategic vision.

Lark Kesterke has a BA in Latin American Studies from Rocky Mountain College and a BA in Latin American Studies from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Lark also has a Spanish Language and Literature degree from Cemanahuac.
