Melina Selalma is a seasoned professional in the culinary and hospitality industry with extensive experience as the Managing Director of Melinas Delight Cuisine since January 1993 and as the Owner and Managing Director of MELINA S DELIGHT CUISINE since January 1991. Melina specializes in planning and developing catering services, creating healthy and balanced menus, and conducting cooking lessons. Additional experience includes managing corporate strategy for Weight Watchers, where Melina led operations for the Greek division, and serving as Reservations Manager for Center Hotels London. Educational qualifications include a certificate in vegan nutrition and cooking from Centre College, along with various degrees in food, nutrition, wellness, and hospitality management.
