Allison Raaker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales development and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Sales Development Leader at Orb since April 2025, Allison is focused on building the SDR organization, creating onboarding materials, and driving growth within the sales development team. Prior to this role, Allison spent nearly seven years at Coursera, progressing through various positions, including Global Implementation and Operations Manager, Global Enablement Program Lead, and Head of Sales Development, where significant contributions included launching new degree programs, optimizing operational workflows, and establishing a global SDR team. Additional experience includes roles at cPrime, Inc. as Head of Inside Sales, at Google as Sales Development Enablement Manager, and earlier positions in sales and event coordination. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Boise State University.
