Chris Ridder is a partner at Ridder, Costa & Johnstone LLP, a San Francisco law firm focusing on intellectual property, internet, and privacy law. Ridder litigates cases and advises clients regarding a broad range of issues at the intersection of law and technology, including online defamation, invasion of privacy, internet law, patent and copyright law, and the First Amendment. He also serves as a member of the California State Bar, Business Law Section’s Cyberspace Committee. Ridder was previously a Residential Fellow at Stanford Law School’s Center for Internet and Society, where he remains a Non-Residential Fellow.
