Thomas Chang Min Jeon has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Thomas Chang Min is currently the Co-Founder and CTO at Plot, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Spotify as a Senior Software Engineer from March 2017 to October 2020. From January 2015 to February 2017, they were an Engineering Manager at Spring Inc. Before that, they worked as a Growth Engineer at Venmo from July 2013 to September 2014. Thomas Chang Min also gained experience as a Solutions Associate at Novantas from May 2013 to July 2013. Early in their career, they held roles as a Manufacturing Technology Engineer at DuPont, Electronics and Electronic Materials from September 2012 to May 2013, and at DuPont, Performance Coatings from June 2011 to August 2011. Thomas Chang Min began their career as a Research Assistant at Columbia University, Chemical Engineering Department from January 2010 to May 2011, and at Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory from January 2009 to May 2009.
