Melissa Pottenger

Melissa Pottenger is the Head of Key Partnerships at Reach. Melissa has over five years of experience in program and project management. Prior to joining Reach, they were the Strategic Partner Manager at QuickGifts, where they maintained relationships with merchant partners, drove marketing initiatives, and presented sales reports. Before QuickGifts, they were a Program Manager at Visa, where they administered the Global Endpoint Review process and coordinated GER consultations and assessments globally. Melissa has a proven track record in driving cycle time and simplification improvements and excels in delivering monthly and quarterly program reviews and status reports. Melissa is a strategic thinker who is able to identify opportunities and execute on them effectively. Melissa is a strong leader who is able to build relationships with cross-functional teams and deliver value to their partners.
