Sarah Hermary

Sarah Hermary is the current Head of HR at Reach. Sarah has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources, starting their career as a Recruiter at HSE Integrated in 2006. Sarah held various positions at HSE Integrated until they became their Director of Human Resources in 2012. In 2014, they left HSE Integrated to become the Director of Human Resources at DXP Enterprises, Inc. Sarah held this position until May 2021 when they took their current role at Reach.

After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary, Sarah Hermary transferred to Red Deer Polytechnic to complete a University Transfer Diploma in Psychology.

Sarah Hermary reports to Sam Ranieri, CEO. Sarah Hermary works with Tyler Seminuk - General Counsel, Michael Ramsey - VP, Head Of Global Sales, and Melissa Pottenger - Head of Key Partnerships.
