Charlotte Guillou

Charlotte Guillou has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Charlotte is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at WithSecure since March 2021. Charlotte'sprevious role was as the Senior Vice President (SVP) at OP Financial Group, where they led the OP Renewal and Agile Coaching team, focusing on adopting agile working methods and improving employee and customer experience. Charlotte also held the position of SVP HR, Insurance Business at OP Financial Group, where they were responsible for change management and organization planning for a new operating model.

Before joining OP Financial Group, Charlotte worked as a Board Member at Opset Oy from December 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at KONE Corporation as the Finance Transformation HR Lead. Charlotte also had a separate project as an independent consultant in Business Development at CCEA Oy.

Charlotte's experience also includes roles in sales and general management. Charlotte served as the Country Manager North at Scan-Horse A/S, where they were responsible for sales and management in multiple markets. Charlotte has also held various HR positions at Fiskars, including VP HR, Living Business and HR Director, Business Region Asia-Pacific.

Earlier in their career, Charlotte worked at Nokia as a Senior Manager and Manager in the areas of organization and capability development, marketing HR, strategic development projects, and human resource development. Charlotte also gained experience as a management consultant at Deloitte Oy, where they focused on HR processes, change management, and talent management projects.

Prior to their corporate roles, Charlotte worked as an HRD consultant at Psykologitoimisto Cresco, where they were involved in change leadership and leadership training.

Charlotte Guillou obtained their Masters degree in Adult Education from the University of Helsinki between 1999 and 2004. Charlotte also holds additional certifications including the CBM exam from HHJ - Hyväksytty hallituksen jäsen, the HHJ-tutkinto / Board member certification from Tampereen kauppakamari, and the Agile HR Certified Practitioner from Agile HR Community, all obtained in 2023.
