Joni Vatjus-Anttila

Joni Vatjus-Anttila is a seasoned professional in customer success and management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Management at WithSecure since March 2022, after a company restructure. Responsibilities include leading the Customer Success Management and Cyber Security Advisory teams to enhance relationships and lifecycle management for Managed Services customers. Previous roles include Director of Customer Management at F-Secure Corporation and several leadership positions in customer engagement at Smarp. Joni's early career features a focus on consultative B2B sales at Talenom, along with valuable research experience at Oulu Business School and administrative roles within the Student Union of the University of Oulu. Joni holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in International Business from the University of Oulu.
